Youa Lee resided in Branch, Arkansas, passed away on Tuesday, September 22, 2009, at Sparks Regional Medical Center in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was born March 24, 1938 in Xieng Khoung, Laos to the late Xai Lia Lee and Lia Thao. She was 71 years old.

Funeral Ceremony will begin on Friday morning, October 2, 2009, at the Charleston Community Center in Charleston and will continue until Monday noon, October 5, 2009. Interment will be at the Havana City Cemetery in Havana, Arkansas, under the direction of the Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Charleston.

She is survived by four daughters, Siah Moua, Amanda Moua, Trisha Moua, and Chao Moua, all of California; one son, Gao Moua of Branch, Arkansas and (17) grandchildren.
