Obituary

William H. "Willie" Kleck, 83, of Branch died Thursday, Oct. 19, 2006, in a Fort Smith hospital. He was born Nov. 17, 1922, at Morrisons Bluff to Alphonse Kleck and Angela Weisenfels Kleck. He was a retired bus mechanic and school bus driver for County Line School District, a member of the Catholic Knights, a part-time rancher, member of the Arkansas Cattlemen's Association, an avid Cardinals baseball fan and a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Ratcliff. He was preceded in death by his wife, Kay Kleck.

Rosary service will be 7 p.m. today at Brotherton Funeral Home Chapel in Charleston with Fr. Peter Sharum, O.S.B., and Fr. Harold Heiman, O.S.B., officiating the service.

Funeral Mass will be 2 p.m. Monday, Oct. 23, 2006, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Charleston with burial at St. Anthony's Cemetery north of Caulksville on Arkansas 23 under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home of Charleston.

He is survived by two daughters, Rita Shelby and husband David of Branch and Luann Moschner and husband George of Fort Smith; one son, Eddie Kleck of Charleston; one sister, Mary Huck of Fort Smith; one brother, Gilbert Kleck of Charleston; five grandchildren, Kendall Shelby, Stacy Ralston, Paige and Kayla Moschner and Heath Kleck; three great-grandchildren, Shelby and Caden Ralston and Evan Shelby; and one stepgreat-grandchild, Mattie Cartner.

Pallbearers will be Alvin Huck, Randy Huck, Rick Huck, Michael Huck, Bobby Dale Kleck, Lou Howard Kleck, Heath Kleck, Joey Kleck and Albert Briseno.

The family will visit with friends following the Rosary service tonight at the funeral home.
