William Clarence Fulmer, who resided in Paris, Arkansas, passed away Friday, March 23, 2012 at his home. He was born March 30, 1936 in Logan County near Scranton to the late Hurley Fulmer and Mary (Anderson) Fulmer. He was 75 years old.
He was also preceded in death by his wife of 50 years, Amy Fulmer; two brothers, Leonard and Junior Lee Fulmer; one sister, Robbie Fulmer and son-in-law, Gerald Wilkerson.
Clarence was a retired bricklayer and member of the Primitive Baptist Church. He was a loving father, grandfather, and great-grandfather.
The body was cremated under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Paris.
Memorial graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, March 29th at McKendree Cemetery, located north of Subiaco, Arkansas.
He is survived by one daughter, Sandra Wilkerson of Paris; two sons, Leonard Fulmer and wife Teresa of Paris and William Jr. and wife Marlene of Booneville; one sister, Joyce Mink of Atkins; three brothers, Lodonal Fulmer of Nevada, Harvey Fulmer of Scranton, and Lester Fulmer of Russellville; five grandchildren, Jessica Hampton and husband Blake, Jennifer Wilkerson, Kloey Elliott, Madison and Leonard Fulmer; one great-grandson, Isaac Hampton.
