Wang Ying Xiong, who resided in Charleston, Arkansas, passed away Wednesday, February 22, 2017, at his home. He was born January 1, 1941, in Laos to the late Chia Vang Xiong and Lee Vue Xiong. He was 76 years old.
Mr. Xiong will be laid to rest in St. Paul, Minnesota.
