Wanda Fay "Joby" Parsons. who resided in Paris, Arkansas, passed away Sunday, February 24, 2013 in Inola, Oklahoma. She was born December 30, 1945 in Paris to the late Lewis Horace Lovelace and Viola Violet (Scott) Lovelace. She was 67 years old. She was also preceded in death by her two husbands, Ralph Privett and Raymond Parsons; one sister, Mary Lovelace; three brothers, Jesse Ray (Hob), Russell, and Vernon Lovelace, and granddaughter, Hanna Faye Privett.
Wanda was a homemaker and member of River of Life Assembly of God in Inola, Oklahoma.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, February 28th at Brotherton Funeral Home Chapel in Paris, with the Rev. Robert Lee Lovelace officiating. Burial will be at Elizabeth Hall Cemetery in New Blaine, under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Paris.
She is survived by two sons, Curtis Privett and wife Lisa of Ratcliff and Adrian Privett and wife Kathy of Inola, Oklahoma; two step-sons, Chuck Parsons and wife Linda of Caulksville and James Parsons and wife Teresa of Dardanelle; one step-daughter, Donna Strozier and husband Otis of Hackett; one sister Anna June Sullivan of Lincoln, Nebraska; twelve grandchildren, Crystal Reames, Keisha Privett, CJ and Sandy Privett, Michaela, Adriana, and AJ Privett, Ray Parsons, Amanda and Brandon Moore, Cody and Cory Parsons and three great-grandchildren, Rykker Parsons, Elise, and Mattie.
Pallbearers will be Ray Parsons, Chuck Parsons, Curtis Privett, Bradley Reames, Michaela Privett, Crystal Reames, Keshia Privett, Adriana Privett, CJ Privett, and AJ Privett.
Family will visit with friends 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday night at the funeral home in Paris.
