Wanda Irene Maxwell, who resided in Prescott, Arkansas, passed away Saturday, September 11, 2021, at Hillcrest Care & Rehab in Prescott. She was born June 13, 1937, in California. She was 84 years, 2months, and 29 days old.

Wanda was a nutritionist for several years at Baptist Health Hospital in Arkadelphia, and was a retired security officer for Firestone Building Products in Prescott.

She is survived by her children, Carl Maxwell and wife Kay of Alma, James Maxwell and wife Debra of Gurdon, Dennis Maxwell, and Carol Western and husband Allen of Russellville; four grandchildren, five step-grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and two step-great-grandchildren.
