Virginia Claudine Dean resided in Paris, Arkansas, formerly of Nocona, Texas, passed away Wednesday, June 23, 2010 in Paris. She was born November 5, 1936 in Byers, Texas to Gilbert Tadlock and Arlie (Ensey) Tadlock. She was 73 years old.
She was preceded in death by her father, Gilbert Tadlock; one sister, Ruby Wilson and brother, Don Tadlock.
Virginia was a retired cook at the Subiaco Academy and was a member of the Bethel Baptist Church in Nocona, Texas.
Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, June 26th, at the Brotherton Funeral Home Chapel in Paris, with Rev. Ricky White officiating. Interment will be at McKendree Cemetery, north of Subiaco, under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Paris.
She is suvived by two daughters, Cecilia Cummins of Subiaco and Denise Dean of Paris; three sons, Cecil Lemons of Paris, Eddie Lemons of Elk City, Oklahoma, and Elton Makuaole of Farmersville, Texas; her mother, Arlie Weaver of Nocona, Texas; two sisters, Jo Keith of Nocona, Texas and Betty Bradford of Decatur, Texas; (16) grandchildren and (16) great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be her grandsons, Kyle Luttrell, Corey Cummins, Casey Howard, Mitchell Lemons, Chad Lemons, and Chris Gessner.
Family will visit with friends 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday night at the funeral home.
