Van "Skip" Stafford, II of Fort Smith, Arkansas, passed away on Wednesday, October 4, 2023, in Fort Smith. He was born on February 16, 1965, in Fort Smith to the late Van Clayburn Stafford and Patricia (Smith) Stafford. He was 58 years old. He was preceded in death by his father.

Skip provided lawncare services through Joe's Red Bandana of Fort Smith.

Family held memorial service will be at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 14th at the home of his sister, Anna Sallee in Van Buren.

He is survived by his wife, Teresa (Copeland) Stafford; his mother, Patricia Stafford of Van Buren; one daughter, Ashley Stafford of Barling; five sons, Don Taylor of Texas, Van "Cody" Clayburn Stafford, III, Joshua Stafford, Lance Stafford and Luke Stafford, all of Harrison, Arkansas; one sister, Anna Sallee of Van Buren; two brothers, Toby Stafford of Van Buren and Thomas Aaron Stafford and wife Patty of Fort Smith; and four grandchildren.
