Valerie Kay Kirkendoll, who resided in Fort Smith, passed away Saturday, February 16, 2019, at Waters of Fort Smith Nursing Facility. She was born November 19, 1960, in Fort Smith, to the late Virgil Kirkendoll and Janet (Gleason) Kirkendoll. She was 58 years old.

She was a homemaker and a loving mother.

She is survived by two sons, Donald Hunter, Jr. and Jeremy Hunter, both of Fort Smith; one sister, Michelle Kirkendoll of Fort Smith; three brothers, James Kirkendoll of Searcy, Arkansas, Byron Kirkendoll of Fort Smith and Adam Kirkendoll of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; six grandchildren.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Cremation Services in Fort Smith.
