Troy Lee Shores, Sr., who resided in Van Buren, Arkansas, died Thursday, December 10, 2020, at his home. He was born December 5, 1957, in Fort Smith, Arkansas, to the late Arnold Columbus Shores and Delphia Anna Mae Gregory Shores. He was 63 years old. He was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Shores; and a son, Troy Lee Shores, Jr.

Troy worked in construction and was a former employee of SSI Construction Company.

He is survived by his children, Crystal, Machelle, and Cody; a brother, Bobby Shores of Mulberry; three sisters, Tina McGarrah of Inola, Oklahoma, Edith Williams of Mulberry, and Joyce James of Van Buren; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
