Obituary

Tommy Josh Pile, who resided in Ratcliff, Arkansas, passed away Friday, December 2, 2011 at St. Edward Mercy Medical Center in Fort Smith. He was born May 28, 1937 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to the late Ivo Buck Pile and Nona Blake (Chancey) Pile. He was 74 years old.

He was also preceded in death by two sisters, one brother, one granddaughter, and one great granddaughter.

Tommy Josh was a retired dairy farmer, served in the U.S. Navy, and was of the Catholic faith.

Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, December 5th at Brotherton Funeral Home Chapel in Paris, with Rev. Bill Van Meter officiating. Burial will be at Lowes Creek Cemetery, north of Branch, under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Paris.

He is survived by his wife of 17 years, Mary Pile of the home; two daughters, Teresa Schneider and husband Kevin of Paris and Carolyn Harding and husband Tony of Killeen, Texas; one step-daughter, Amber Thompson and husband Charles of Barling; five grandchildren; one great grandchild, and his companion, "Pepper" the dog.

Pallbearers will be Johnny Jones, Kedric Paschal, Chuck Parsons, Danny Clark, Bill Koch, and Scott Tober.

Family will visit with friends 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home in Paris.
