Timothy Wayne Forrest, who resided in Mulberry, died Saturday, August 1, 2020, at Ashton Place Health & Rehab in Barling. He was born February 27, 1967, in Fort Smith. He was 53 years old. He was preceded in death by his father, Olen Smith.

A family held graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 22nd, at Peter's Cemetery, located north of Alma.

He is survived by his four sisters, Sandy Coulter and Shannon Evans, both of Rudy, Amanda Kilgore and Connie McCormick, both of Mulberry; his step-mother, Barbara Smith of Mulberry; and two step-sisters, Lea Faulkner and Tammy English, both of Monticello, Arkansas.
