Thomas Charles Phillips, who resided in Van Buren, Arkansas, died Thursday, June 17, 2021, at his home. He was born November 1, 1956, in California. He was 64 years old.
He was a retired machine operator.
He is survived by a close family friend, Linda Moore and husband Scotty of Van Buren.
