Terry Joseph Chamberlain

Terry Joseph Chamberlain of Fort Smith, Arkansas, passed away on Tuesday, June 30, 2026. He was born on January 14, 1969, in Mena, Arkansas, to the late Winford D. Chamberlain and Annetta L. (Hall) Chamberlain. He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by a daughter, Kathern Crump and husband Jonathan of Mena; three sisters, April Cant of Mena, Jana Fain of Van Buren, and his twin sister, Sherri Bell and husband David of Dallas, Texas; and a brother, Eric Chamberlain and wife Lora of Mena.
