Steven David Kay, who resided in Fort Smith, Arkansas, died Thursday, July 8, 2021, at Baptist Health Hospital in Fort Smith. He was born March 28, 1957, in Seneca County, Ohio. He was 64 years old. He was preceded in death by his mother, Marilyn Kay Valentine.

Steven served in the U.S. Navy, and one of his favorite hobbies was woodworking.

He is survived by his children, Ben Valentine-Kay and wife Lauren of Fort Smith and Avonlea Weaver and husband Chance of Nashville, Arkansas; one grandson, Lincoln Weaver.
