Obituary

Shirley Ann Ingram, who resided in Fort Smith, Arkansas, died Saturday, October 29, 2022, at Methodist Village Senior Living in Fort Smith. She was born on May 14, 1936, in Charleston, Arkansas, to the late Sam Mantooth and Mattie M. (Hays) Mantooth. She was 86 years old. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Ingram, and her sisters, Lois Mantooth, Gladys Thornton, Inez Mantooth, Jean Baker, and Grace Tate.

For several years, Shirley worked for General Electric Corp. She was a housewife and a graduate of County Line High School.

A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 2nd at Brotherton Funeral Home Chapel in Charleston, with the Rev. Don Bradford officiating. Burial of cremains will be at Tate Cemetery, located east of Lavaca, under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home and Flower Shop in Charleston.

She is survived by her son, Dan W. White of Hot Springs; a grandson, Shane White of Fayetteville; and two sisters, Beulah Mae Stubblefield of Cecil and Louise Tate of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
