Shelly Janel Wallace of Van Buren, Arkansas, died Saturday, February 25, 2023, at Mercy Hospital in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was born on July 6, 1972, in San Francisco, California, to the late Steven Jay Wallace and Betty June (Hunter) Wallace Reece. She was 51 years old.

Shelly loved hunting and fishing and will be missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by two step-brothers, Don Reece and Clyde Briggs, both of Gore, Oklahoma; her aunt, Phyllis Lewis of Walnut Creek, California; and a niece, Danielle Dewberry of Ada, Oklahoma.
