Shauna Faye Johnson, who resided in Fort Smith, died Saturday, April 25, 2020, in Fort Smith. She was born September 8, 1974, in Fort Smith, to Sammy Jeffries and Twaina (Boatman) Jeffries. She was 45 years old.

Shauna was an account manager for Griffin Properties of Fort Smith.

She is survived by her fiance', Jason Pelt of Fort Smith; four daughters, Darrion Hensley of Muskogee, Andrea Hensley of Fort Smith, Sadie Pelt and Zoey Pelt, both of Fort Smith; a son, Dylan Pelt of Alma; her father and mother, Sammy and Twaina Jeffries of Fort Smith; and a brother, Sammy W. Jeffries of Fort Smith.

There will be a family held memorial service at a later date.
