Obituary
Scherly Jael Downs Marquez, who resided in Van Buren, passed away Wednesday, July 6, 2022, in her home. She was born February 10, 1983, in Managua, Nicaragua, to Charles Oliver Downs and Flor Maria Marquez Downs. She was 39 years old.
The family will hold a private memorial service.
She is survived by her parents of the home; three sisters, Lilia Lisette of Florida, Brenda Elizabeth Downs of Tennessee and Debbie Racuel Marquez of Fort Smith; three brothers, Israel Downs and wife Jeannette of Greenwood, Charlie Downs and Danny Downs both of Fort Smith and several nieces and nephews.
