Sandra Ann Todd Rhymer, 79, of Lincoln, Arkansas, died Sunday, November 28, 2021, at Baptist Health Hospital in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was born on December 12, 1941, in Wichita Falls, Texas, to the late Henry Miles Rowland and Odessa Belle (Lewis) Rowland.

Sandra was a housewife and member of Berry Street Baptist Church in Springdale.

She is survived by her children, Terri Lynnette (Todd) Self and husband Jeff of Tahlequah, Oklahoma, Andrea Michelle (Todd) Gilbreath of Cane Hill, Arkansas, and Byron Lewis Todd of Fayetteville, Arkansas; her sister, Jeaneane Washburn and husband John of Springdale, Arkansas; nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
