Sai Her, who resided near Subiaco, died Thursday, December 12, 2019, at Mercy Hospital in Fort Smith. She was born December 31, 1967, in Laos, to the late Chong Yee Her and Pa Lor. She would have been 52 years old at the end of this month.

Sai Her was a homemaker.

Funeral services will be held beginning on Friday, December 27th thru Sunday, December 29th, at Brotherton Funeral Home Chapel in Paris. Burial will be at 12:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 29th, at Highland Cemetery in Ozark, under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Paris.

She is survived by her husband, Lou Xiong; her children, Jeenee Xiong, Zong Jai Xiong, Tongger Xiong, Hueseng Xiong, Kongcheng Xiong, Lisa Xiong, and Sunshine Xiong; a sister, Maiya Her; a brother, Lao Pao Her; three grandchildren, Saydee Xiong, Henree Xiong, and Evangeline Xiong; and one on the way.
