Ryan Rambo of Hot Springs, Arkansas, formerly of Lavaca, passed away Thursday, April 22, 2010, at his home. He was born May 5, 1977 in Russellville to Benny A. Rambo and Melissa Jane Andrews. He was 32 years old.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Pap-Paw Terrell Rambo and maternal grandfather, Grandpa Herschel Andrews.

Ryan was a high school graduate of Reynold High School in Gresham, Oregon, was an Arkansas River Valley March of Dimes Poster Child, an avid sports fan and was a member of the Ark of Praise Church in Hot Springs.

Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Monday, April 26th, at the Brotherton Funeral Home Chapel in Charleston, with the Rev. Gary Jennings officiating. Interment will be at Mayberry Cemetery in Central City, under the direction of the Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Charleston.

He is survived by his father and step-mother, Benny & Diana Rambo of Lavaca and his mother, Melissa Andrews of Lavaca; his paternal grandmother, Joan Rambo of Lavaca and his maternal grandmother, Irma Andrews of Lavaca; his half- brother, Jerrad Rambo of Lavaca; step grandparents, Don & Angeline White of Charleston and his dog, "Snuggles".

Pallbearers will be Jerrad Rambo, Chris Rambo, Chip Chronister, Chad Chronister, Jay Garnes, Cory Green, Allen Echols and Marion Morris.

Family will visit with friends 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Sunday afternoon at the funeral home.
