Ruth Ann Jensen of Paris, Arkansas, passed away Wednesday, September 4, 2024, at her home. She was born May 17, 1955, in Dayton, Ohio, to the late Robert James Schmitt and Barbara (Williams) Schmitt. She was 69 years old. She was preceded in death by a son, Jon Nichols.

Ruth was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ Latter-day Saints.

She is survived by her husband, Gordon Jensen; one daughter, Katrina Bayliss and husband Jack of Idaho Falls, Idaho; three sons, Michael Nichols of Indiana, Dominick Alvarado of Las Vegas, and Augustine Alvarado of Henderson, Nevada; one sister, Patricia Llamas and husband Sam of Hesperia, California; three brothers, Robert Schmitt of Charleston, Jerry Schmitt and wife Marilyn of Worthington, Minnesota, and Donald Schmitt and wife Shelly of Charleston; and eleven grandchildren.
