Ruth Ann Hurtt, who resided in Hartford, Arkansas, died Wednesday, March 2, 2022, at Baptist Health Hospital in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was born on May 16, 1957, in Poteau, Oklahoma, to the late Billy Joe Rupe and Shirley June (Shiflett) Rupe. She was 64 years old.

She is survived by her husband, Gregory A. Hurtt; two sons, Phillip Fatchett of Geismar, Louisiana, and Nathan Fatchett of Dumas, Texas; two sisters, Anita Smith and husband Gary of Dumas, Texas, and Billie Jo Millner of Memphis, Tennessee; a brother, Michael Rupe and wife Michele of Atoka, Tennessee.
