Obituary
Ruth W. Horne resided in Paris, Arkansas, passed away on Tuesday, September 29, 2009, at her home. She was born August 17, 1938 in Paris to the late Thomas Roscoe Gabbard and Laura Zelma (Bates) Gabbard. She was 71 years old.
Ruth was a retired brazer from the Whirlpool Corporation in Fort Smith.
Memorial Graveside Service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 3rd at the Paint Rock Cemetery, south of Paris, with the Rev. James Hice officiating. The body was cremated and services are under the direction of the Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Paris.
She is survived by two sons, Phillip Horne, Sr. and Denny Horne, both of Paris; one sister, Pauline Koch of Paris; two grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
