Obituary

Ruby Ione Loughridge, who resided near Paris, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, February 4, 2016, in Paris. She was born April 24, 1927 in Repton, Alabama to the late Ralph Stallworth and Mabel Ione (Gulley) Stallworth. She was 88 years old. She was also preceded in death by one daughter, Daphne Copeland.

Ruby was a homemaker and she attended Ratcliff First Baptist Church.

Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, February 8th, at Brotherton Funeral Home Chapel in Charleston, with the Rev. Vondal Davenport officiating. Burial will be at Caulksville Cemetery in Caulksville, under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home and Flower Shop in Charleston.

She is survived by her companion of 23 years, Ed Riley of Paris; two daughters, Debbie McNeill of Pace, Florida and Nancy Fisher of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; three sons, Tom Vickery, III of Mississippi, Mark Vickery of Damascus, Arkansas and Michael Vickery of Paris; two sisters, JoAnn Craig and Barbara Bagget, both of Alabama; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be her Michael Vickery, Sonny Vickery, Jeremy McNeill, Mark Vickery, Tyler Markward and Tommy Vickery.

Honorary pallbearers will be her friends at the Charleston Senior Citizens Center.

Family will visit with friends 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Sunday afternoon at the funeral home in Charleston.
