Ruby Marie Hetrick, who resided in Fort Smith, Arkansas, died Saturday, July 31, 2021, at Chapel Ridge Health and Rehab Center in Fort Smith. She was born April 9, 1957, in Grant, Michigan, to the late Minor R. Hetrick and Nelda R. Horner Hetrick. She was 64 years old.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, August 8th, at First Church of God, located at 1819 Rena Road in Van Buren, Arkansas.

She is survived by her children,  Jessica Trumble, Nicky Hetrick-Mapes, Brenda McCullough, and David McCullough; five sisters, Linda Bliss, Gloria Elkins, Cathy Foster, Shirley Klein, and Susie Hetrick; two brothers, Warren Hetrick and Roger Hetrick; eleven grandchildren; one great-grandchild, and one on the way.
