Royce Dean Gattis, who resided in Charleston, died Saturday, September 5, 2020, at Mercy Hospital in Fort Smith. He was born March 20, 1958, in Alaska, to the late Donald L. Gattis and Linda V. (Ward) Gattis. He was 62 years old. He was preceded in death by a sister, Teresa Gattis.

He is survived by his children, Becky and Logan; a sister, Cheryl Frederick and husband Ken of Charleston.

Burial will be at Kersey Cemetery, located north of Ratcliff.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home and Flower Shop in Charleston.
