Royce Loyal Blair, who resided near Charleston, Arkansas, passed away Monday, October 23, 2017, in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was born June 21, 1941, in Albuquerque, New Mexico to the late Darwin Blair and Dorothy (Brown) Blair. He was 76 years old. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Betty Jane Blair; and one son, Jonathan Blair.

Royce was owner & operator of R&B Roofing Company, and he was a Jehovah's Witness.

Memorial service will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 28th, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness in Ozark. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home and Flower Shop in Charleston.

He is survived by a daughter, Stephanie Adams and husband Larry of Bonanza; a son, Royce Blair, Jr. of Fort Smith; a sister, Barbara Blair of Fort Smith; a brother, Fargo Blair of California; five grandchildren, Jonathan, Amanda, Sierra, Amber, and Breanna; four great-grandchildren.
