IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Roselyn Kay
Hall
April 9, 1938 – April 28, 2025
Roselyn Kay Hall "Mama Rose", 87 of Fort Smith, passed away Wednesday, April 28, 2025 to be with her Heavenly Father. She was born on April 9, 1938 to John and Geraldine Hixson in Hedrick, Iowa.
Known by many as "Mama Rose", her heart knew no bounds, always putting others before herself with grace and humility. Also known for her heart of gold, burtal honesty, and nurturing spirit. Rose was a source of comfort, wisdom, and unconditional love to most who crossed her path. Some of her greatest accomplishments were her marriage of 60 years and raising a large and loving family. Rose was also the co-founder of Tri-State Fire Extinguisher established October 12, 1974. Her dedication, strength, and hard work were an inspiration to all who knew her. Her greatest joys came from the simple things in life like planting flowers, visiting the beauty shop, watching the Bold and Beautiful, and lending a helping hand to those in need.
Rose was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Arlon Edwin Hall, Jr.; a son, Carl Edwin Hall; and a daughter, Pamela Sharp.
Left to cherish her memory are three children, Angela Daws, John Hall, Sr., and Amy Thompson; (6) grandchildren, Garold Cozort, Summer Wallace, Theron Hall, John Hall, Jr., Valarie Thompson, and Alexis Hill; (14) great-grandchildren; two sisters, Bonnie McMillan and Connie Garrison; and one brother Danny Hixson.
Her absence leaves an immeasurable void, but her spirit and legacy lives on in the hearts of all those she loved. She will be deeply missed, but forever cherished.
