Rosabelle Marie Green of Hartford, Arkansas, died Friday, July 7, 2023, at Heart of Hospice at Baptist Health Hospital in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was born on November 14, 1977, in Clayton, Oklahoma, to the late Frankie Stinson and Patsy (Butler) Stinson. She was 46 years old. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Stephen Harwood.

She is survived by a daughter, Bonnie Harwood and husband Jermaine Hogue of Fort Smith; a son, Stephen Seyler and wife Sarah of Okmulgee, Oklahoma; her companion, Junior Rose of Hartford; and (15) grandchildren.
