Ronnie Raye Hutchins, age 56, of Lavaca, Arkansas, passed away Saturday, February 17, 2018, at his home. He was born November 18, 1961, to James Roy Hutchins and Helen (Barnes) Hutchins. He was preceded in death by his mother, Helen Hutchins; and two brothers, Danny Hutchins and Donnie Hutchins.
Ronnie retired from Whirlpool, Inc. in Fort Smith in 2004. He was a 1979 graduate of Lavaca High School, and he was a member of Lavaca First Baptist Church.
Funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, February 22nd, at Brotherton Funeral Home Chapel in Charleston, with the Rev. Mark Tobey officiating. Burial will be at Measles Cemetery in Lavaca, under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home and Flower Shop in Charleston.
He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Diana (Taylor) Hutchins; two sons, Darren Hutchins and Blake Hutchins and wife Sarah, all of Lavaca; one daughter, Jessica Hutchins of Lake Jackson, Texas; his father, Roy Hutchins and wife Brenda of Magazine; one sister, Connie Adams and husband Tim of Fort Smith; two grandchildren, Hannah and Tytus Hutchins.
Pallbearers will be Brian Taylor, Rick Tobey, Christopher Taylor, Michael McGee, Kalen Tobey, and Kendall Downs.
The family will visit with friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday night at the funeral home.
