Ronnie Lee Harley, who resided in Fort Smith, Arkansas, died Thursday, October 29, 2020, at UAMS in Little Rock, Arkansas. He was born September 27, 1960, in Leary, Texas, to the late Lonnie Harley and Clara Smith Harley. He was 60 years old. He was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Kimberly Harley.

He is survived by his wife, Tiffany Lynn Baxter Harley; a son, Dustin Harley of Texarkana, Arkansas; three brothers, Bobby Harley, Jimmy Harley, and Joe Harley; and two grandchildren, Braxton and Jackson Harley.
