Ronald Wayne Scroggins, who resided on Feather Hill Road near Lavaca, Arkansas, died Tuesday, March 30, 2021, at his home. He was born July 25, 1958, in Ukiah, California, to the late Bobby J. and Irene Scroggins. He was 62 years, 8 months, and 5 days old.

He was a retired truck driver for Drayage Trucking Company in Richmond, California. He also served in the U.S. Army.

He is survived by his son, Wayne Scroggins of Yuba City, California.
