Robert was born in Poteau, Oklahoma, April 17, 1952, to John Wesley and Mary Vincent Real, the second of a set of twins. He passed away April 13, 2021, in Bokoshe, Oklahoma.                      .

He is survived by a son, Robert Leon Real, II of Greasy, Oklahoma; a sister, June Potter (Jimmy) of Bokoshe, Oklahoma; a brother-in-law, Neal Tomlin of Keota, Oklahoma; a niece, Faith Dedmon of Waldron, Arkansas; his nephews, Daniel Tomlin and Michael Tomlin, both of Keota, Oklahoma; and mother of his daughter, Kathy Phillips of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Mary May Real; a son, Randy Lee Real; the mother of his sons, Martha Real; his sister, Deborah Tomlin; and two brothers, Terry Real and his twin.

At his request there will be no service, with internment of the cremated remains at Old Bokoshe Cemetery at a later date.

He was an oiler mechanic on heavy equipment for most of his life and worked construction all of his life. A great practical joker and never missed the opportunity to pull a good one on someone. Dearly loved by those he leaves behind and will be greatly missed.

Sans Bois Hospice was so good to him. They are greatly appreciated.

The saddest moment is when the person who gave you the best memories becomes a memory.
