Robert Earl Lane of Scranton, Arkansas, died on Monday, February 6, 2023, in Russellville, Arkansas.  He was born on July 22, 1938, in Derma, Mississippi, to the late Robert Johnson Lane and Grace Greenhall.

Robert was a retired policeman.  Also, he served in the U.S. Air Force and the Army National Guard.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, February 7th at Prairie View Cemetery in Prairie View in Logan County.  Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Paris.

He is survived by his wife, Aracely Lane of the home.
