Robert Wayne Conelly Jr., who resided in Fort Smith, Arkansas, passed away Wednesday, November 17, 2021, in Fort Smith. He was born on October 26, 1964, in Tulare, California, to Robert Wayne Conelly Sr. and Elizabeth Ann (Bodie) Wilcox. He was 57 years old.
He is survived by his mother, Ann Wilcox of Fort Smith; three brothers, Eugene Ross of California, Danny Stevens of Nebraska, and Darryl Stevens of Fort Smith.
