Obituary
Rita Joy Tipton, who resided in Kempner, Texas, passed away Friday, December 29, 2023, in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was born on January 10, 1958, in Florala, Alabama, to the late Wrinnie Evans and Rosie May (Manning) Evans. She was 65 years old. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Rita will be missed by all who loved her.
