Ricky Dale Smith, who resided in Branch, Arkansas, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, October 14, 2011 in Fort Smith. He was born April 5, 1966 in Little Rock, Arkansas. He was 45 years old.

Ricky was a meter reader for Stephens Production Company in Fort Smith and worked at Correll, Inc. in Charleston for several years.

Graveside service will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 18th at Nixon Cemetery in Charleston, under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Charleston.

Officiating the service will be the Rev. J.L. Bonds.

He leaves behind to cherish his memories his wife, Monica (Cameron) Smith, of the home; two sons, Robert Smith of Branch and Chase Cameron of Fort Smith; his father and mother, Gene and Sybil Smith of Charleston; one sister, Deborah Jones and husband Dennis of Lavaca; three brothers, Gary Smith and wife Sherry of Fort Smith, Mark Smith and wife Kathy of Lavaca, and Michael Smith and wife Barbara of Lavaca.

Pallbearers will be Larry Sanders, Tony Horton, Jamie Horton, Mark Swain, Phillip Wilson, Gary Smith, Mark Smith, and Michael Smith.

Family will visit with friends 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday night at the funeral home.

Public viewing will begin Monday from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
