Rickie Rayne Gray, who resided in Paris, Arkansas, died Sunday, August 8, 2021, at her home. She was born July 11, 1948, in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, to the late James Gray and Joy Merriweather Gray. She was 73 years old.

Rickie was a former mayor of Niederwald, Texas. She had a college degree in Criminal Justice and was a retired municipal judge. She was an accomplished pianist, singer, and dancer.

She is survived by four sons, William Strickland and Kelly Strickland, both of Paris, Pete Strickland of Round Rock, Texas, and D.J. Grubbs of Austin, Texas; a daughter, Melyssa Reich of Colorado Springs, Colorado; a sister, Vanessa Randolph of Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri; (14) grandchildren and (16) great-grandchildren.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Paris.
