Richard Neal Meredith, II of Fort Smith, Arkansas, died June 30, 2023, in Fort Smith. He was born on August 20, 1966, in Taylorville, Illinois, to the late Richard Neal Meredith and Mildred Neoma (Coleman) Meredith. He was 56 years old.
He is survived by two daughters, Megan Coincon and husband Chris of Crowley, Texas, and Melissa Phillips and husband Randy of Crowley, Texas; five grandchildren; and his ex-wife, Christy Jennings.
