Obituary
Richard Waylin Markham resided in Hindsvile, Arkansas, went home to be with his Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, Monday, April 13, 2009, in Springdale, Arkansas. He was born March 8, 1956 in Dumas, Texas to the late Grady Richard Markham and Cora Mae Woods Markham. He was 53 years old.
Richard was a bricklayer and a chef. He enjoyed cooking, fishing, and traveling with his best friend.
He is also preceded in death by his brother, Bill Markham and one sister, Loretta Russell.
His body will be cremated under the direction of the Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Charleston.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, April 25, 2009, at the home of Harold & Angie Scott @ 231 Horseshoe Mountain Road, Paris, AR. 72855.
He is survived by his companian, Lerla Pickard, of the home; one daughter, Wayla Jo Ramsey of Charleston; one son, Richard W. Markham II of Dover, Arkansas; two sisters, Donna Christenson of Lancaster, California and Eva Cox of Austin, Texas; two grandchildren, Richard "Trey" Markham III and Sierra Ramsey.
A very special "Thank You" should go to the Holt family of Hindsville, Arkansas.
