Obituary

Reginald Newell Lowder, who resided in Paris, Arkansas, passed away Sunday, December 2, 2012 in Paris. He was born February 15, 1925 in Magazine to the late Claude Lowder and Enoch (Vaught) Lowder. He was 87 years old.

Reginald was a retired fireman at Fort Chaffee, was an Army Air Corp veteran of WWII, an avid quail hunter, and member of First United Methodist Church in Paris.

Graveside service will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 4th at Oakwood Cemetery in Paris, under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Paris.

Officiating the service will be Jimmie Dale Ames.

He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Jacqueline (Albright) Lowder; two sons, Patrick Lowder and wife Kay of Paris and Michael Lowder of Paris; one daughter, Melissa Woods and husband Jeffrey of Paris; one sister, Mary Richards of Paris; three grandsons, Nicholas Lowder, Justin Lowder, and Corby Rogers; three great-granddaughters, Megan Lowder, Cydney Lowder, and Chrissa Woods.
