Raymond Lee Harrower of Lavaca, Arkansas, died Monday, June 16, 2025, at his home. He was born on February 13, 1943, in Charleston, Arkansas, to the late Arthur Lee Harrower and Farrie Virginia Ann (Weese) Harrower. He was 82 years old. He was preceded in death by his parents, and three brothers, Larry "Bear" Harrower, Floyd Harrower and Cecil Harrower.

For many years, Raymond worked for the McDonald Farms near Charleston, and he served in the National Guard.

A family-held memorial graveside service will be at Parks Cemetery in Charleston at a later date.

He is survived by his children, Debbie Lopez, David Harrower and Freddie Harrower, all of Sapulpa, Oklahoma; four sisters, Sue Bradley and husband Lee, Vera Magby and husband Robert, Wilma Wall, and Velta McCoy and husband Randy, all of Branch; a brother, Jay Harrower and wife Louise of Charleston; several grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home and Flower Shop in Charleston.
