Charles Randall Mashaney, better known as Randy, who resided in Poteau, Oklahoma, passed away Wednesday, April 7, 2021, in Poteau. He was born July 11, 1961, in Clinton, Oklahoma, to Archie Valton Mashaney and Betty Marie Nelson Mashaney. He was 59 years, 8 months, and 27 days old.

Randy was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

He is survived by his mother, Betty Black of Poteau, and sister, Vickey Garoutte and husband Richard of Poteau.
