Ramona "Mona" Kathleen Fletcher, who resided in the Ione Community near Booneville, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, October 27, 2020, at Mercy Hospital in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was born November 8, 1960, in Belcourt, North Dakota, to the late William Henry Ross and Muriel Jeanne (Phelps) Ross. She was 59 years old. She was preceded in death also by her grandparents; two brothers, William Lee and John; and one sister, Gloria Joy.

Mona attended school and graduated from Cass Lake High School and attended college at Arizona State University. She was married to Thomas John Fletcher for 33 years and they met in 1984 in Alaska and spent nine years there and five years in Washington State. They had three children, Daniel Jeanne, and Tim. Together with Tom, Mona travelled many places and lived in Arizona, Montana, Florida, and Arkansas. Mona loved spending time with her husband, her children, spending time in the outdoors, sailing, and hunting.

She is survived by her husband, Thomas Fletcher; sons, Daniel (Ashley) Fletcher of Montana, Timothy Fletcher of Louisiana; daughter, Jeanne Fletcher of Minnesota; her step-mom, Carolyn Ross of Cass Lake; brothers, David (Sue Hamre) Ross of Cass Lake, Henry (Cari Tabor) Ross of Cass Lake; sisters, Patti Ann Thomas of Buckland, AK, Priscilla Smith of Cass Lake; grandchildren, Cody and Rebecca; numerous nieces and nephews.
