Obituary
Racheal Nicole Cummins, age 22 of Fort Smith, Arkansas, passed away Saturday, June 9, 2012 in Fort Smith. She was born July 20, 1989 in Fort Smith.
Memorial service will be 4:00 p.m. Monday, June 18th, at Brotherton Funeral Home Chapel in Charleston, with Pastor Ken Stadler officiating, under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Charleston.
She is survived by her mother, Lisa McKnight of Fort Smith; her father, Ralph Cummins of Springdale; one brother, Joshua Daniel Edwards of Fort Smith; her maternal grandparents, J.B. and Cecilia McKnight of Salem, Arkansas; her paternal grandparents, William Sr. and JoAnne Cummins of Bellingham, Washington; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Charleston.
