Phyllis Inez Davis, who resided in Paris, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, January 13, 2015 in Paris. She was born November 22, 1922 in Russellville, Arkansas to the late Phillip and Audie Van Horn. She was 92 years old. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Richard H. Davis, Sr. and one son, James Scott Davis.

Phyllis was a homemaker.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Paris.

There will be a private family held memorial service at a later date.

She is survived by her son, Richard H. Davis, Jr. of Paris; two sisters, Wandema Vlachos and Delores Kohler, both of Paris; one brother, Phillip Van Horn of Paris; one niece, Sherry Freeman and four nephews, Joe Walker, Brad Petz, Stan Petz, and Keith Thompson.
