She was born March 9, 1953, in San Rafeal, CA, to James J. Osborn and Charline Pike Osborn. She was a homemaker and was of the Pentecostal faith.

Officiating the service will be the Rev. James Myers.

Funeral service will be 3:00 p.m., Friday, June 27, 2008, at the Brotherton Funeral Home Chapel in Charleston, with burial at Morris Cemetery in Bloomer.

She is survived by her husband, James W. Tedder of the home; one daughter, Aimee Woodhull of Booneville; one son, Lanny Woodhull of Little Rock; her mother, Charline Hill of Hot Springs; two sisters, Patricia Huntley of Reno, NV, and Mary Valencia of San Diego, CA; two brothers, Donald Osborn and Tommy Osborn, both of Hot Springs; and two grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Sam Little, Jason Case, Cecil King, Bill Mikles, Leo Robertson, and Harold Thompson.

Honorary pallbearers will be Oscar Lee Burton and Ray Little.

The family will visit with friends Thursday, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home in Charleston.
