Obituary

Paula Kaye Stone, who resided in Etna, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, January 21, 2014 at her home. She was born December 8, 1947 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to the late Paul L. Shaver and Nina (McElroy) Shaver. She was 66 years old. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Earl Stone, and one brother, Bill Shaver.

Paula was a homemaker. She enjoyed going to the Senior Citizen Center in Ozark, and was a member of Cass Baptist Church.

Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, January 27th at Brotherton Funeral Home Chapel in Paris, with the Rev. Chuck Starnes officiating. Burial will be at Cemetery Ridge Cemetery, located south of Ozark, under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Paris.

She is survived by three daughters, Twyla Clark of Little Rock, Kim Wooley-Corbitt and husband Clay of Conway and Deborah Limon of Malvern; three sons, Scott Clark of Lake Charles, Louisiana, James Clark and wife Beth of Greenbrier, and John Clark of Greenbrier; two sisters, Joyce Brown of Dallas, Texas and Nina Bowman of Ozark; one uncle, Theron (Doc) McElroy of Etna; (18) grandchildren and (13) great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Preston Bowman, Billy Powell, Clay Corbitt, Kenneth Ivy, Vince Chapel, Jim Stone, Brian Wooley, and Billy Shaver.

Family will visit with friends 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
